Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via the support portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and certificates of authenticity to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
